No, its not the Sooraj Barjatya 'Vivaah' nor is there Smriti Irani in it!

 

It was the first time i ever witnessed a 'Heavenly Marriage'. the one marriage function i truly n dearly enjoyed.

It started with getting the bride (Tulsiji, the holy plant) ready for marriage. The bride looked beautiful. Just then the groom (the naughty Krishna) arrived at the doorstep with baraatis enjoying the crackers and drums. This was followed by welocming the groomwale with flowers and songs. then startes the puja with the pandit and the bride's mom and dad. after a long wait, the bride comes to the stage. Everyone is awestruck by her beauty. now the bride n gromm sit facing each otehr with the puja on.  The saat pheras are followed by exchanging of maalas.

The marriage is over and People are eager to eat the prasad.

This has been the only marriage which i have witnessed in entirety and have enjoyed it! and the best part is, i got to shoot the whole marriage on the handycam!!!
