Firstly, 'who is more irritating' contest...which thus leads to the 'most irritating' award..

Ppl, here is where ypou can rate the ppl who irritate u the most....on TV.

This is how u rate:

the rating scale if from 200-300..(sorry, cudnt take a samll range of 10s...jus cudnt type it u knw!!)..give higher marks for higher irritatibility (is der such a word??)...

1. Mr Resham-miya....

his latest surror song...'tu yaad aati hai' or 'teri yaad na jaye' or sum such dumb thing....OMG!! wat is he doing?? the way he sings in that song, he reminds me of a samll kid next door, who is beaten up by her mother coz he is not reciting his poetry well.....

n thanks to him...i have started saying things two-two times....as in i tell my friends to do her work 'jaldi-jaldi', i try to do my work 'fast-fast'..n so on!!:):) (my smiles are also do do!!)

i give him full 300!! he deserves it i say!

 

2. Our Dear Mr. SuperHEro- the one n only, Krishh!!!

wow..again, thanks to this guy, i have started hopping n jumping while i m walking....super-influence mus say!!..n to top it all..even on radio today....he was saying htat his son is a super-son, his wife is a super- human...his dad is a super-director!!...phew!!

i give him 290?!!...yeah...

 

3. The not-so-great Indian Laughter Challenge

Huh...the show is jus so irritating!!...n the jokers..oops..i mean the comedians...i feel like crying on their jokes!!

i give them a 250!! (dnt watch it ever...jus came across it once...so giving it a lttle bit consideration!)

Birthdays...supposedly fun days for sum n  not so-fun-days for sum...i find them realy BORING!!!...

 

case 1: sumone else's bday.

ppl expect u to call at 12 the previous night..so u need to stay awake till then...n believe me...even though u have the habi tof sleeping late in the nights, that day, u feel so damn sleepy!!..n wen u call them..the same old questions and answers....wat u gonna do on ur bday? wer is d treat? wen do i get to eat d cake?? n so on...

n if the frnd is a close pal...well...u surely expected to do 'sumthgn' nice n fun n different...so dat the frnds bday is 'fun'... well, many a times i m part in such preperations for bday surprises....but hey...sumtimes its jus sooo boring....u jus dnt feel like doin nethng grt...i mean so wat if its a frnds bday..it cums every year yaar, no big deal!!

 

case 2: ur own bday.

wel...the saddest day on earth i guess....ya man...no denying that i used to luv my bdays wen a kid...but now...i mean wats the big issue re...wats der to get so happy abt??...n again, on ur bday..u need to stay awake till at least 12 30 coz the calls wont stop till then...ya, sumtimes u feel good wen frnds r the first ones to wish on bday..n the day itself....frnds who dnt call otehrwise...call u n wish u...classmates who dnt give u a second luk, cum n wish u...n most of them ask the same old questions...so wat u doin today?? wens the party? wer's the party? wen do i get to eat the cake??...i mean...is it compulsory to go out on ur bday??? is it compulsory to eat cakes on bday?? anyway...

 

its jus that soooooo many bdays are cuming up this month...(n already so m any passed by..sigh!!)...i was wondering....i m gone kangaal man!!

Thot of makin an interactive entry this time...in the ad design lec yesterday, our very unexciting and very un-happening prof taught us that ads are designed in such a way that they influence any of the following:

1. the mass

2. the highly intelligent! (yeah rite!!),

3. the average intelligent!(wow! aisi bhi category hoti hai!) or

 4. the non.mass(lol!)

 

so lemme give u a visual for an ad....the visual is very simple...you jus have to add a headline, without changing the visual in any way watsoever...n thus make the ad for any product of ur choice (be as unobvious as possible....n so here is the visual: it shows a smiling cat. (i told u, the visual is very simple;))..lets c how whacky ppls ideas are...( dont make the  ad for milk n milk products, for any animal rights or involving animals in any form..etc etc..copiers, etc etc...all those obvious things realted to cats..)

 

the headline that i added was "Bitches not allowed"..the ad was for a women's welfare organisation...(though now i dnt like the idea very much)

n if u want to change the visual in any way, i give u the freedom to place the cat anywer, as in on a cloud or in a hand or on a rug or sumplace...but thats it, no other changes in thevisual...so tell me ur ideas!!

 

n one more...though here u have to do the guessing work...

guess wat product is this ad for...

1. Visual: a mouse, and a conversation bubble drawn over it (as it is in comic books), with nothing written in it...(wont give u the headline coz that wud make it very easy!!)

2. Visual: a pic of bill clinton and a small pic of monica pinned on his forhead...(this one is easy actually)

n ya, here too, dnt thnk of the obvious...get whacky!

Such werid place, such weird story/myth/reality....

 

Last nite, i was watchin this prog on Star TV (dnt remember the name!) which made for an interesting view. the show talked about a place called 'Shani Shingdapur', in the Ahmednagar district of Maharashtra. The ppl of this place boast to be the safest on the earth. here, ppl do not lock up their houses, they do not have doors or windows in their homes (there are square and rectangular openings in such places!), they do not lock up their vehicles, nor do they keep their valuables in a safety vault. everythng n place is open to all.......so the first thot in our minds wud be..ya, so the place mus be recording the highest number of theft cases/....well, on the contrary, there has never been a single theft case in this village!!

 

in one case, a theif decided to rob a bike in the nite time..he stole the bike wen everyone in the village was asleep..but to his utter dismay, the bike jus wudnt start...finally at sawn he dragged the bike out of the village, but no luc for him again..no one wud buy that bike from him no matter how much he bargained!!in the end,  he had to return the bike to the owner!! there have been many such instances, where the thieves have been unsuccessful in any such attempts..

 

the reason for this miracle given by the villagers is sumthng to be thot abt...they say that it is "Shani devata" who has blessed this villlage such that it wil be the safest place on earth!..n ask them how do they knw that it is the 'shani devata'?? n quick comes the reply... 'shani devata' himself came in a villagers dream one nite n told him so!!

 

this made me recall my grandfather telling me about this place a long time ago...so even my parents and grandparents have heard of the place..n one of my neighbours claims to have gone to this place n experienced everythng first hand...

 

weird na?!!

 

jus today morning, my mom came across a regional newspaper which says that the Himesh Reshammiya song, "ek baar aaja aaja.."...has resulted in a villager getting possessed by a spirit!! it seems that the aaja aaja in the song made the spirit enter his body!! imagien the power of Himesh's songs man!!
